Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave access instructions and come home to a clean house. You’re welcome to be there if you prefer.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Northeast Ohio winters can be rough. If snow or ice make it unsafe to get to you, we’ll let you know as early as we can and set up a new time.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Let us know and we’ll come back and re-clean the areas you’re not satisfied with, at no extra charge.
