Before your clean

A few quick things that help your cleaning go smoothly. None of them are required; they just let us spend more time on what matters to you.

Pets

Tell us about pets when you book. If a pet is nervous around visitors, a closed room or crate keeps everyone comfortable.

Not going to be home? Share entry instructions ahead of time: a lockbox, door code, or where a key will be.

Let us know where to park, especially if your street has permit-only parking or winter parking restrictions.

Clear clothes, toys, and papers off floors and counters so our time goes to cleaning, not tidying.

Tell us the rooms or spots that matter most, and we’ll start there.

Mention allergies or sensitivities. Eco-friendly, non-toxic products are available on request.

Keep the water and electricity on until we’re done, and empty cabinets, closets, and appliances.

If snow or ice make it unsafe to get to you, we’ll let you know as early as we can and set up a new time.
